Saint Camillus, founder of the Camillians, was born in 1550 in Italy. He dedicated his life to caring for the sick and poor, founding the Order of Clerics Regular, Servants of the Sick (Camillians). Despite his own lifelong health issues, he tirelessly served those suffering in hospitals and on battlefields.
