Reginald of Orleans
Reginald of Orleans was a French Dominican friar and priest of the 13th century. He was originally a professor of canon law at the University of Paris before joining the Order of Preachers. Known for his holiness and zeal, he was a close collaborator of Saint Dominic himself. Reginald is particularly celebrated for recovering from illness through a vision of the Virgin Mary. He died in 1220 and is remembered as a model of Dominican fervor.
