Saint Vincent, of Lerins

Saint Vincent, of Lerins was a 5th-century monk and writer from Gaul, celebrated for his theological treatise, the Commonitorium. He lived at the monastery of Lérins, where he pursued a life of asceticism, prayer, and study. Vincent is renowned for his teachings on the universality, antiquity, and consensus of true Christian doctrine.
