Sts. Justin and Crescenzio, Martyrs on the via Tiburtina

Saints Justin and Crescenzio were early Christian martyrs who were executed on the via Tiburtina in Rome, Italy, during the 3rd century AD. Little is known about their lives, but they are believed to have been part of the early Christian community in Rome and suffered persecution for their faith. They were arrested, tortured, and ultimately killed for refusing to renounce their Christian beliefs. The feast day of Sts. Justin and Crescenzio is celebrated on August 4th each year. They are venerated as exemplars of faith and courage in the face of adversity.
