ŚŚ. Innocents, męczennicy

The Feast of the Holy Innocents commemorates the massacre of young dzieci in Bethlehem by King Herod Wielki in jego attempt to kill the infant Jesus. These dzieci są czczeni as the pierwszy chrześcijański martyrs, though oni byli never baptized. The feast jest observed on grudnia 28th each year. The Holy Innocents są the patroni babies, children, i orphans. Oni są również associated z protecting przeciw abortion i miscarriage.
