San Luis Gonzaga, Heswita, Patron of the Catholic Young

San Luis Gonzaga (1568-1591) ay isang paring Heswita at ang patron ng Catholic youth. Ipinanganak sato a noble Italian family, siya renounced kanyang princely inheritance to join the Society of Jesus. As a young Jesuit, siya devoted himself to panalangin, study, at paglilingkod to mga maysakit at poor. Renowned dahil sa kanyang debosyon at purity of life, namatay siya sa edad na 23 pagkatapos contracting the plague habang caring for victims.
