Ralph of Bourges

Ralph of Bourges was a French bishop of the ninth century. He became bishop of Bourges in 840 and was well known for his piety and dedication to the Church. Ralph worked to restore discipline among clergy and confronted heresies of his time. He is recognized for his leadership and defense of Christian orthodoxy. He died in 866 and is venerated as a saint.
