Remigius of Reims

Saint Remigius of Reims was a bishop in the 5th and 6th centuries, best known for converting Clovis I, King of the Franks, to Christianity. He played a crucial role in the Christianization of France, baptizing Clovis on Christmas Day in 496. Saint Remigius was renowned for his wisdom, holiness, and miracles throughout his episcopacy. He is considered the Apostle of the Franks and is a patron saint of France.
