Saint Thérèse, of Lisieux
Saint Thérèse of Lisieux, also known as the Little Flower, was a French Carmelite nun celebrated for her simple and profound approach to spiritual life. Born in 1873, she entered the Carmelite convent at Lisieux at a young age. Thérèse emphasized doing ordinary things with extraordinary love, known as her 'little way.' She died at 24 but became a Doctor of the Church and one of the most popular saints of modern times.
