Saint Isaac
Saint Isaac is venerated as one of the Old Testament patriarchs, the son of Abraham and Sarah. He is regarded as a figure of faith and obedience to God, remembered especially for the episode in which God tested Abraham by asking him to sacrifice Isaac.
