Saint Clement, bishop of Ancyra
Saint Clement, bishop of Ancyra, was a prominent leader in the early Church during the late 3rd and early 4th centuries. He became bishop of Ancyra (modern-day Ankara, Turkey) and was renowned for his steadfast faith during severe persecutions. Despite repeated tortures ordered by Roman authorities, he remained unwavering in his Christianity. He was eventually martyred for his faith around 312 AD.
