Saint Marian, martyr of Lambesa
Saint Marian, martyr of Lambesa, was a deacon who suffered martyrdom during the persecution of Valerian in the 3rd century. He was from Lambesa in North Africa and endured extensive torture for his Christian faith. Marian was executed alongside Saint James and other companions. His witness strengthened the faith of the Christian community in Roman Numidia.
