Saint Yolanda, Duchess of Greater Poland
Saint Yolanda, Duchess of Greater Poland, was born in Hungary in the 13th century. She married Duke Boleslaus the Pious of Greater Poland and was known for her deep charity and piety. After her husband's death, she entered a Poor Clare monastery along with her sister, Saint Kinga. Yolanda devoted her life to prayer and care for the poor, and is venerated as a model of Christian compassion.
