Saint Guy
Saint Guy, commonly known as Saint Vitus, was an early Christian martyr who lived during the late 3rd to early 4th centuries. He became one of the most venerated saints in the Middle Ages, especially as a helper against epilepsy and nervous disorders—sometimes called 'Saint Vitus' Dance.' According to tradition, he was martyred during the Diocletian persecution. His cult spread widely throughout Europe, and he is one of the Fourteen Holy Helpers. Saint Vitus is particularly popular in Italy, Germany, and Slavic countries.
