Vincent de Paul
St. Vincent de Paul (1581-1660) was a French Catholic priest who dedicated his life to serving the poor and the marginalized. He founded the Congregation of the Mission, a religious community of priests and brothers, and the Daughters of Charity, a community of women religious. Vincent was known for his compassion, his commitment to social justice, and his innovative approaches to charitable work. He is the patron saint of all charitable organizations and is venerated for his tireless efforts to alleviate the suffering of the less fortunate.
