Saint Flora
Saint Flora was a Christian martyr of Cordoba, Spain, in the 9th century. She was born to a Muslim father and a Christian mother, and bravely refused to renounce her Christian faith. Flora was arrested along with Saint Maria and endured persecution and imprisonment. Together, they were condemned to death and beheaded for their faith. Saint Flora is venerated as a courageous witness to Christ and as a symbol of faith amid adversity.
