Saint Corentin
Saint Corentin was the first bishop of Quimper in Brittany, France, during the 5th century. He is regarded as one of the seven founding saints of Brittany. According to tradition, he lived as a hermit before being chosen as a bishop. He is closely associated with many Breton legends and miracles, particularly concerning a miraculous fish that provided him food. Saint Corentin is venerated as the patron saint of Quimper and is honored especially in Brittany.
