Eve

Eve is honored in the Catholic tradition as the first woman, created by God as the companion of Adam. As a matriarch of the human race, she is revered as the mother of all the living. Though her fall with Adam is remembered as the origin of original sin, she is also seen as a symbol of the hope of redemption. Eve is venerated in the Roman Martyrology among the Old Testament righteous.
