Saint Christian, martyr of Prussia

Saint Christian was a Cistercian missionary bishop who evangelized among the Old Prussians in the 13th century. He worked tirelessly to spread the Catholic faith and establish Christian communities in the region. Ultimately, he suffered martyrdom on March 12, falling victim to the hostilities against Christian missionaries.
