Saint Jason

Saint Jason was a disciple of Saint Paul and is mentioned in the Acts of the Apostles as the one who offered hospitality to Paul and Silas in Thessalonica. He is considered one of the Seventy Disciples sent out by Jesus according to tradition. Jason later became bishop of Tarsus and is credited with preaching the Gospel in various places. He suffered persecution but continued his missionary work.
