Saint Angelo

Saint Angelo was a Jewish convert to Christianity and a Carmelite priest from Jerusalem. He worked in Sicily, preaching and converting many, which made him enemies. In 1220, he was martyred at the hands of heretics in Licata, Sicily. He is venerated as a patron by the Carmelite Order.
