Venerable Antonietta Meo
Saint Antonietta Meo, affectionately known as Nennolina, was an Italian child recognized for her extraordinary Christian faith and holiness despite her young age. Born in 1930, she suffered from bone cancer and died at only six years old. Antonietta offered her suffering to Jesus and wrote many letters expressing her love for God. She is revered as an example of sanctity for children and was declared Venerable by Pope Benedict XVI in 2007.
