Saint Charity, virgin and martyr of Ancyra
Saint Charity, virgin and martyr of Ancyra, was one of three sisters—Faith, Hope, and Charity—who suffered martyrdom for their Christian faith. She lived in the early centuries of Christianity and endured persecution under Roman authorities. Refusing to renounce her faith, she remained steadfast alongside her sisters and was put to death in Ancyra (modern-day Ankara, Turkey). She is commemorated for her courage, purity, and unwavering devotion to Christ.
