Alan de la Roche
Alan de la Roche was a 15th-century Breton Dominican friar known for promoting devotion to the Holy Rosary. He played a significant role in reviving and spreading the Rosary prayer throughout Europe. Alan founded several Rosary Confraternities and attributed the structure of the Rosary to revelations from the Blessed Virgin Mary. His missionary zeal inspired many to embrace Marian devotion during his time. He is especially remembered for his teachings and spiritual leadership.
