Saint Tabitha
Saint Tabitha, also known as Dorcas, was a disciple in Joppa mentioned in the Acts of the Apostles. She was known for her good works and acts of charity, especially making clothes for the poor. When she fell ill and died, the apostle Peter prayed and restored her to life, strengthening the early Christian community. Tabitha is venerated as a model of kindness and service.
