Saint Crispinian, martyr of Soissons
Saint Crispinian, martyr of Soissons, was a Christian missionary in 3rd-century Gaul. Together with his brother Crispin, he evangelized in Soissons and are remembered as patron saints of cobblers, tanners, and leather workers. They were martyred during the persecution under Emperor Maximian. Their courageous witness inspired generations of Christians.
