Saint Justine, martyr of Padua
Saint Justine, martyr of Padua, was a young Christian woman who suffered martyrdom during the persecutions under Emperor Maximian in the early 4th century. She is especially venerated in the city of Padua, Italy, where a basilica is dedicated to her honor. Justine remained steadfast in her faith despite brutal torture and was executed for refusing to renounce Christ.
