Saint Bruno, bishop of Segni
Saint Bruno, bishop of Segni, was an Italian bishop and theologian who lived from around 1047 to 1123. Renowned for his deep learning and dedication to Church reform, he played a key role at the Councils of Rome and was an adviser to several Popes. He was abbot of Montecassino for a time but is best remembered for his long service as bishop of Segni. His writings and leadership greatly influenced the Church in his era.
