Saint Owen, hermit of Lichfield
Saint Owen, known as the hermit of Lichfield, lived in early medieval England. He was a follower and charioteer of Saint Chad, the first bishop of Lichfield. Dedicated to a life of prayer and humility, Owen served the church and Saint Chad with devotion.
