Saint Eva, virgin of Liège
Saint Eva, virgin of Liège, was a devout Christian who lived in 13th-century Belgium. She was known for her life of prayer, devotion, and association with Saint Juliana of Liège. Eva played a role in the promotion of the Feast of Corpus Christi, supporting Juliana’s visions. She lived as a recluse near the monastery of Mount Cornillon. Saint Eva died around 1265 and is remembered for her sanctity and dedication to the Eucharist.
