Saint Theodorus, bishop of Canterbury

Saint Theodorus, bishop of Canterbury, was born in Tarsus around 602 and became Archbishop of Canterbury in 668. He revitalized the English Church, organizing dioceses and bringing unity to the Anglo-Saxon Christians. Theodorus was known for his wisdom and learning, convening important synods such as the Synod of Hertford. He died on September 19, 690, and is venerated as a saint for his leadership and holiness.
