Saint Alexander
St. Alexander was a Pope of the Catholic Church who lived in the 2nd century AD. He was martyred along with two other priests, Sts. Eventius and Theodulus, on the Via Nomentana near Rome. Alexander is believed to have overseen the Church during the reign of the Roman Emperor Hadrian. The three saints are venerated for their steadfast faith and their willingness to suffer for the Gospel. St. Alexander is the patron saint of those suffering from headaches.
