Saint Oliver Plunkett

Saint Oliver Plunkett was an Irish archbishop and martyr. He served as the Archbishop of Armagh and Primate of All Ireland during a period of severe persecution of Catholics. In 1681, he was falsely accused of treason and was hanged, drawn, and quartered in England. He is remembered for his dedication to peace and for maintaining faith under extreme adversity.
