Sts. Nabor and Felix, Martyrs of Milan

Saints Nabor and Felix were early Christian martyrs who suffered under the Roman Empire. They are believed to have been Roman soldiers who were executed for their faith around 304 AD in Milan, Italy. Nabor and Felix refused to renounce their Christian beliefs and were tortured and beheaded. They are venerated as patrons of Milan and are celebrated on their feast day of July 12th. Relics of the two saints are preserved in the Basilica of Saint Ambrose in Milan, where they are honored for their courage and faithfulness to Christ.
